The Elnos Group made its first step in the international market by entering the Swedish market when it founded Elnos Nordic AB in Vasteras in 2012.

Thanks to the expertise and high level of organization, our company’s project and operational teams quickly reached the rank of highly professional contractors in the Swedish market, realizing the most demanding endeavors side by side with leading European and multinational companies.

Among those many previous projects in this Nordic country and in the Group we are especially proud of the realization of the project: 420 kV transmission line Hurva-Sege, 420 kV transmission line Hallsberg-Barkeryd (Southwest link 2), 2 × 130 kV transmission line Storfinnforsen-Ögonfägnaden- Isbillstjärn, and 2 × 130 kV transmission line Barkeryd-Nässjö.

In the field of substations, the most important activities are: 130 kV Stävlö and Linsänkan, 420 kV FT76 Barsebäck, 130 kV Porjusberget, and the “Aqua” project, which includes three 130 kV substations Ersbo, Tuna and Öby.

The Swedish energy market is one of the most advanced in the world, and the fact that we have built and modernized some of the most complex electricity infrastructure facilities and systems in this country over the years is of great importance to our company.

After a long series of successful references, we have expanded our team at Vasteras in the site management segment, which consists of professionals with long experience in the EU market. The newly established site management of Elnos Nordic has brought a new level of cooperation with our partners, a better view of projects and market requirements. It is an additional benefit for both the Group and our partners.
