Turnkey Solutions

Comprehensive “turnkey” services

Our services cover every phase of substation project delivery:

Air-Insulated Substations (AIS)

AIS Substations

Our expertise in AIS projects includes work in ten countries. Selected major projects include:

  • Tuna Substation, Sweden: Reconstruction of a 400/220 kV substation.
  • Güssing Substation, Austria: Construction of a new 110/30/20 kV substation.
  • Grant Project, Montenegro: Reconstruction of 15 substations (400 kV, 220 kV, and 110 kV).

HVDC Projects

Our work on HVDC converter stations – key components of the integrated European energy market – deserves special attention:

  • Emden, Germany: Installed capacity 900 MW, voltage level ± 320 kV DC. As a subcontractor to Hitachi Energy, we carried out complete electromechanical installation works for the DolWin 5 interconnection project.
  • Ertsmyra, Norway: Installed capacity 1,400 MW, voltage level ± 515 kV DC. As a subcontractor to ABB, we executed installation works for the NordLink interconnection (623 km).
  • Lastva Grbaljska, Montenegro: Installed capacity 1,000 MW, voltage level ± 500 kV DC. As a subcontractor to TOSHIBA, we performed installation works for the MONITA interconnection between Italy and Montenegro (582 km).
Gas-Insulated Substations

GIS Substations

We have also distinguished ourselves in delivering high-quality GIS substation projects. Key references include:

  • Krafla 49 Substation, Iceland: Electromechanical works on a 245/132/12 kV GIS substation at Iceland’s largest geothermal power plant (60 MW).
  • GIS Belgrade 44 – Surčin, Serbia: Construction of the new 110/35 kV substation — complete turnkey electromechanical works.
  • Centar Substation, Slovenia: Reconstruction — new 110/10 (20) kV GIS and MV facilities, electromechanical installation works without equipment supply.
Infrastructure Stability for the Future

Elnos Group continually contributes to the development of modern power infrastructure through substation projects up to 400 kV. Our work reflects a commitment to quality, innovation, and the security of the transmission system.
