Solar Power Plant Bileća– Pre-commissioning (60 MWp)

The Bileća Solar Power Plant, with an installed capacity of 60 MWp, is one of the largest solar power plants in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It spans 133 hectares, features 113,184 panels, and generates 84 GWh of electricity annually.

Elnos Group’s Role
ELNOS Group carried out the complete pre-commissioning, a critical phase that ensures proper installation and system readiness for operation.

Scope of Work:

• Functional measurements and correction of design and installation deficiencies
• Cold testing of panels, inverters, and trackers
• Testing of 35/0.8 kV distribution substations and 110/35 kV grid connection substation
• Inspection of 110 kV GIS equipment, protection and control cabinets, and auxiliary power supplies

ELNOS led the technical coordination between Elektroprivreda BiH, NOS BiH, and the contractor Dongfang, enabling safe and efficient grid connection of the power plant.
