The project significance

Power transformer station Belgrade 5 was put into operation in 1961. During the NATO bombing it suffered significant damage, and its reconstruction was necessary in order to ensure a regular electricity supply. PTS 220/110/35 kV Belgrade 5 supplies vital parts of Belgrade, New Belgrade, Zemun and the environment. It is one of four very important plant for safe and reliable electricity supply of consumers Belgrade and it environment.

Elnos Group works

Elnos BL performed the construction work which included: construction of a new AB plateau area of 2000 m2, which will serve to accommodate the high-voltage equipment; then, the reconstruction of the 220 kV and 110 kV fields (construction of new foundations portal, lightning rods, beams of high voltage equipment, as well as the pulling down of the existing and construction of new foundations). For these projects was involved our whole machinery for construction works.
