The project significance

Power transformer station 400/220/110/x kV Trebinje is one of the largest facility in the former Yugoslavia. This important object was reconstructed and modernized under the project POWER III.

Elnos Group works

Elnos BL performed the reconstruction of primary and secondary equipment. This job involved the replacement of the complete secondary equipment at all voltage levels, replacement of cable secondary connections, replacement of the sub distribution cabinets, replacing the old relay protection with the new microprocessor relays, and objects are adjusting for work in the SCADA system.

The contract included the expansion of the 220 kV facility for the new transmission line field, the relocation of 220 kV transmission line field with the construction at a new position, moving three 220 kV transmission line fields and the construction of a new 220/110 kV transformer box, 250 MVA. Facility 110 kV is completely replaced. We have installed a brand new 35 kV facility. For this plant we built a new production building.
