The project significance

Factory “Jaksche plastic technology” produces plastic parts glass-fiber reinforced construction for construction machinery, cranes, recycling machines, cars and rail vehicles, waste management facilities and the like. In order to increase its production and installation Geiss Thermoforming machines (power 583.46 kW), it become necessary to build a new transformer station of larger capacity.

Elnos Group works:

Elnos Group performed complete construction and electrical installation works on the project. It was built transformer station maximum capacity 2×1000 kVA (transformer house to accommodate two transformers maximum power 1000 kVA). For now it built only one redundant transformer power of 1000 kVA, which meets the current factory needs for electricity.

For this type of installation is a necessary auxiliary supply power system for the consumer. Therefore, it is right next to the building PTS, installed generator maximum power of 1000 kVA Genmac. In case of power supply interrupt, the generator should provide sufficient autonomy for priority consumers who are already in progress (technological process) in order to avoid hardening of molten plastic and damage on modern and expensive machines.
