As a key player in the most ambitious green projects, Elnos Group confirms its status as one of the most reliable allies in the energy transition.
At the OIE Serbia 2025 conference, where it is the golden sponsor, Elnos Group will once again demonstrate on September 17 and 18 at the Vrdnička Tower why it is a leader in the energy transition – strongly supporting the path toward a sustainable future.
With a presence in the markets of 18 countries across the region and Europe, Elnos Group has built a strong position as a strategic partner in the development of renewable energy. Our company has proven its commitment to a sustainable future through projects that have resulted in the installation of more than 2 GW of renewable energy.
Wind parks in the region
The domestic public is rightfully putting Elnos Group in the spotlight this year. Six years ago, they were key players in the construction of Čibuk 1 (158 MW), the largest wind park in the Western Balkans, and this year they continue their mission with the construction of Čibuk 2 (155 MW), further strengthening Banat as a regional hub for renewable energy sources.
On the map of significant and current wind energy projects, the role of this company stands out as an important player in the construction of the Gvozd wind park in Montenegro (55 MW), whose implementation has begun. At the same time, in North Macedonia, they are finalizing work on the Perun wind park (30 MW), while they were recently a key link in the construction of the Krivača wind park (103 MW) in the far east of Serbia.
Leading hydroenergy projects
Elnos Group also stands out in the field of hydropower, where it is actively involved in the implementation of the HE Dabar project (159.15 MW) in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as in the major revitalization of the Perućica hydroelectric power plant (307 MW) in Montenegro. These two undertakings represent monumental engineering challenges and key steps in developing the region’s hydroenergy potential.

At the heart of the solar transformation
Elnos Group teams are key players in the region’s major solar transformation, particularly in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Projects such as the Tarabnik solar power plant (26.5 MWp), Novalja (20.9 MWp), Vidukin Gaj (25 MWp), and Bileća (60 MWp) place them among the leading drivers of the current solar momentum in these countries.

Bold solutions shaping a green Europe
Elnos Group has proven itself through projects that push the boundaries of European energy. From the HVDC interconnection NordLink between Germany and Norway, through the Burfell 2 hydroelectric power plant (100 MW) in Iceland, to the Morgavel solar power plant (48.96/44 MW AC) in Portugal, their results speak for themselves. Participation in the carbon-neutral High Speed 2 project in the United Kingdom further confirms their dedication to creating sustainable solutions that are reshaping the energy landscape of Europe.
