ELNOS Romania, a member of Elnos Group, is an international power engineering company specializing in the development, construction, and maintenance of high-voltage power systems, hydropower facilities, and renewable energy projects.
We are looking for motivated electrical fitters to join our team and contribute to power infrastructure projects in Romania and across Europe.
Job description:
- Construction, refurbishment, and modernization of power facilities up to 400 kV.
- Installation and connection of primary and secondary equipment in HV/MV substations
- Work on transmission line tower structures, including installation of conductors, insulators, and line equipment
- Installation of switchgear assemblies, medium-voltage (MV) systems, and high-voltage (HV) equipment
- Cable laying, termination, and electrical connection works

We Expect:
- Experience in similar roles such as electrical fitter (HV/MV), electrical installer, or power systems technician is an advantage.
- Diligence, teamwork, and a responsible approach to work
- Valid driving licence category B or C is preferred
- Prior work experience is not mandatory
