ELNOS Romania, a member of Elnos Group, is an international power engineering company specializing in the development, construction, and maintenance of high-voltage power systems, hydropower facilities, and renewable energy projects.
We are looking for a motivated Site Engineer to join our team and contribute to power infrastructure projects in Romania and across Europe.
Job Description:
- Coordinate and supervise on-site construction and installation activities in accordance with project and technical documentation
- Plan, monitor, and track project activities, resources, and schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution
- Prepare and maintain technical and site documentation in compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures
- Monitor the quality of executed works and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
- Collaborate with clients, supervising authorities, and other relevant project stakeholders
- Prepare progress reports, work completion records, and handover documentation

We expect:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the execution of power engineering projects
- Understanding of technical documentation and on-site construction/installation activities
- Good command of English and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Proactive approach, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to coordinate multiple project stakeholders
- Willingness to work on-site and possession of a Category B driver’s license
