This year, twenty selected final-year students of electrical engineering faculties from Serbia and B&H completed a specially created summer internship program of the Elnos Group.

This carefully created practice lasted ten days and gathered talented students from Belgrade, Novi Sad, Banja Luka, East Sarajevo, and Brčko.

This program was a fantastic opportunity for the participants, who experienced many advantages and created opportunities for their personal growth through it.

Students had the opportunity to become familiar with the work of our Group and to undergo the theoretical and practical part of the training conducted by Elnos Group engineers.

A unique feature of this program was the possibility of combining academic knowledge with practical experience working on Elnos Group projects.

The students get acquainted with the way of working, mechanization, and modern trends in the field of power engineering at several projects of the Elnos Group, among which are: the wind farm Krivača the Medeno Polje solar power plant, Bočac 2 hydro power plant, Kostolac thermal power plant, and others.

During all the visits, future engineers showed extreme curiosity and interest, actively asking many questions about the projects which they had the opportunity to see up close.

Upon completion of the internship, the students were presented with certificates of completed summer professional internships in our company.
